When I feel a sneeze coming on (which is often with this head cold), I have to basically hold my sides and pull my knees up to my chest. If I don't, I'm in extreme agony and sometimes end up in tears.
It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.
When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?
However, my concern is growing because this pain reminds me of a very specific pain I sometimes receive after holding in a sneeze. Sometimes when I hold a sneeze unbearable pain runs through my arms, shoulders, and chest and lasts for up to 2-3 minutes. On a scale of 1-10 I'd rate it an 8 or 9. The pain in my chest is at a 5 or 6 but the feeling is very similar.
I believe these problems may be related, should I be worried?
A few months ago, I began having TMJ/TMD related symptoms. The orthodontist then switched me to a hard-soft nighttime bite guard. This seemed to make my headaches worse. Two weeks ago I went back to the orthodontist and he had me try to wear the bite guard 24/7 for 2 weeks straight. Within the first week of this, I had daily migraines worse than before.
Now I am going to a dentist who has already given me a protective guard to wear at night on the front teeth. She plans to raise the height of the guard progressively, to be sure my jaw can handle it, then put caps on the teeth of ample height so the back teeth meet again. I do not know what experience she has (she has said she has treated one patient with something simliar). She put a filling in one of the front teeth that partially came out when my lower teeth bit into my upper front teeth.
Everytime I sneeze i get a sharp pain in my pelvic area.. only 13 and 4. Any ideas what this could be?
I get this pain under my tummy right above my vag whenever I sneeze? Should I be worried?? Im scared!

It's hard to describe how it feels, but I'll try my best. It's like a snap of the fingers. It feels someone grabbing a thick muscle in my heart with two fingers and slowly twisting it, then flicking or snapping. It's painful enough to catch me off guard and freeze my thoughts, but not enough to cause more than a flinch at most. They last no more than a second or two, with the ending "snap" feeling being most painful.
So my boyfriend is talking about joining the national guard but Im scared he won't be around for the birth of our baby. He hasnt been to any doctor appointments because he was working full time.
I have been interested in the coast guard for quite some time and was worried about a past health condition. I was diagnosed with an anxiety problem(he never said the word disorder), by my physician after 1 year and a half and was placed on Zoloft and trazadone for sleep. I was only on Zoloft for two months and decided to go completely off meds since. I want to join the coast guard but was worried that my panic attacks would stand in my way.
Height has nothing to do with if you have a natural birth or not -.
