i think you already know the answer to that, you are already getting symptoms
of your body being poisoned with tobaco again, your body had started to change for the better from not smoking, so you will just undo the progress you made from cessation of smoking, so if i was you unless you want to kill yourself, is dump the ciggarettes NOW
THEY JUST POISON YOUR BODY from a ex long term smoker,who will never go back to smoking, why on earth did you start again after tha length of time.
After I stopped smoking, I experienced slight nausea and lots of fatigue the first week. So it's possible it's part of the withdraw process. But I don't know about the canker sores or the fever.
I started taking Zyban about two months ago for smoking cessation. At first I had very little side effects - in fact, I felt fantastic and ceased smoking within the first week. I have recently been approved by VA for a chantix prescription, and expect to start the cessation program within days. You don't have to monitor your levels every week during the smoking cessation process... I'm sure there's going to be some discomfort, but we've all (those who have quit smoking) gone through discomfort with both the smoking cessation AND being hypo until we got to the correct level of medication.
