This started 3 months ago, me and my boyfriend got back together after 3 weeks of being separated. We had sex that night, a week after I got my period and after I was off my period I noticed a yellowish smelly discharge on my underwear . Ever since I've had that discharge and its worst few days after sex or after I'm off my period. I'm scared to go to the doctor what if it's something bad ??
dont worry you will be fine with the discharge, i was worried about it when i was younger, im now 15, and i got my period when i was 12, thats about when i started to discharge i thought something was wrong but i found out usaully every girl can have discharge, and the smelly discharge( i had that sometimes now do) but just clean more down there i hope this helps, but you have nothing to worry about some girls dont get their period til age 18
A yellowish, cloudy or clear discharge is normal. When it smells, itches, burns--- then you have a problem.
Otherwise, it is just your cervix softening as your body prepares for ovulation. Most women will have a yellowish discharge that turns into clear discharge, which means you're ovulating.

As long as you're not having pain, itching or a smelly discharge there is really no reason to worry. Most women get more discharge the further along they get, but that doesn't mean it will happen that way for your. I'm sure everything is fine.

I know in the time between your period and ovulation occurs, clear watery cervical discharge is very normal, and can be more prominent in some women.
