Spaying shouldn't cause really bad smells from (her vagina?) My dog was spayed last year and smells fine. If that is where the bad smell is coming from, it could mean she has an infection, either urinary, or even possibly what is called a "stump pyometra" Does she have any discharge or slight spotting/outright bleeding....from her vulva? Or it just may be possible this "rear-end" bad smell has nothing to do with her "lady-bits", and is from her anal glands!

m 26 weeks I went in to the Hospital today because I was spotting and I have really smelly discharge sorry tmi but anyways. They said that I am fine and they monitored my baby and said he is fine and that they won't worry cause I'm not gushing blood or having contraction and they didn't really say anything about my smelly discharge.. they didn't even check me down there or anything..

My dog is a shepherd mix, 6 years old. She has an odor. Even 2 days after a bath.

Lately, my dog is getting smelly very soon after I gave her a bath, usually within a week. It used to take 2 month before my dog would smell so bad. ve gently put a swab in his ear to see if there is any discharge or black spots for mites. No discharge. No mites. His ears aren't red at all. He doesn't itch them or shake them more than often. I've been cleaning his ears daily for about a week with OTC dog ear cleaner. It's helping but they are still a little stinky. Any ideas on getting rid of the stink? Ive noticed the past 2-3 days though(and this may seem gross or whatever i just need advice) when i masterbate (vaginal masterbation) i notice a brownish red smelly discharge. Ive cleaned my outer and part inner vagina. Now and then lasting days for weeks at a time I experience a smelly brownish itchy discharge from my belly button. Starting with an itch, redness (which only lasts a day) followed by brown crust ring around naval and foul smelling discharge inside of naval. I have used peroxide, anti fungal cream, triple antibiotic ointment, alcohol.. nothing helps but time it seems. But it’s gross and not frequent, I shower daily and dry thoroughly..Any help?

I have the same question that wannabenana does. Are you certain that it's the dog's feet that are smelling? I have known dogs that suffered from such bad periodontal disease that their breath smelled up a whole apartment, and it's also possible for anal glands to smell up a home. I have never heard of a dog, however, whose feet smelled so bad that the smell permeated a whole room. Dogs cannot perspire in the same way that people do.

Hello, First possibility is of a fungal infection of the belly button which may produce foul smelling yellowish or black discharge from the fungus and belly button is a humid place for fungus to thrive. If however the discharge is present throughout then possibility of a fistula is there where an abnormal passage forms between one organ like intestines and the outside of the skin.
