You could have an infection. A "smelly brown discharge" could be an indication of a rectocele. You should have it checked out.
I had a hysterectomy and oophorectomy 5 years ago and was told it was adenomyosis. Since then I have had a browny coloured smelly persistant discharge which is every day, very wet and makes me feel dirty. I have had swabs taken and a CT scan but all are negative. What could it be as I am getting desperate now?
Ive noticed the past 2-3 days though(and this may seem gross or whatever i just need advice) when i masterbate (vaginal masterbation) i notice a brownish red smelly discharge. Ive cleaned my outer and part inner vagina. As i said it only being roughly 2 days i acknowledge it might just be my uteran wall cleaning what was left out but i thought i might seek advice first on someone elses opinion. I am 6 weeks after total hysterectomy. Your posting describes my situation exactly. BM smell during intercourse only. No discharge. We are clean. Can't figure it out. What did you discover?
Is discharge normal? It's kinda smelly sometimes but most of the time it's not smelly.
This started 3 months ago, me and my boyfriend got back together after 3 weeks of being separated. We had sex that night, a week after I got my period and after I was off my period I noticed a yellowish smelly discharge on my underwear . The results came back that i had bacterial vaginosis i got treated for this but as soon as me and my husband have sex it comes back again, it is really getting me down now and for the last 3 months i am on my periods more than im of the only upside to this is i dont get a smelly discharge, after sex i am always sore and itchy and now my husband has a spotty penis, it looks more like little blisters and after sex he gets little tears at the end of his foreskin.
my recovery was going quite well until a few days ago when a brownish discharge began, quite prolific at times. My Docter prescribed antibiotics, but the discharge is smelly now.

hi, im very worried about a smelly discharge ive had for a while now in my vagina. sometimes it's white and gluggy and other times its a bit yellowish. i get bad pains in my lower stomach and near my ribs, not sure if that has anything to do with it but I shower everyday and especially before I have sex with my boyfriend but straight after it smells again. could this be something I should be worried about?
My doctor kept saying it was diabetes related. I kept having a discharge, not cottage cheese like but thin and smelly. It is like lichen planus. If you have white patches and weird stuff it could be something other than a yeast infection. Most GYNs don't know what it looks like either.
I don't no if i have an infection or what. My nurse said it's normal to have a lot of discharge but she said nothing about this horrible odor, i don't itch nor burn im just smelly i mean i wash up 3,4 times aday the discharge is like whitish or sometimes lite lite brown or lite pink i mean i don't no . Im making an appt on monday because although my nurse said go get some monistat thats expensive im just gonna wait and make an appt. and pray nothing is seriously wrong.
Well i had an abortion a month ago and the yellow, greenish,
had me doubled over in pain. So I swiched to Flagyl, That I could take but the yellow smelly discharge is still there along with lower back pain. Is this normal or do I have some kind of horrible infection.
I really dont understand why Im still having discharge at all because I was told that the discharge was from the tumor but if the Tumors gone then wheres it coming from ? And 6 month later ? Now I have chest pains and Im bloated with gas and burping.. I think thats Stress tho.

There is never any fecal on my toilet paper just a smell! Ugh it is so embarrassing because I know if I can smell me I know everyone else can! Please Help me? I am 33 weeks also but not yellow or smelly discharge, I have noticed lots of white thickly discharge tho.

For almost two weeks my vagina has been itching like mad. It all started after my guy and I had sex and he went down on me aggressively. He used his teeth and everything, it was good at the time but the day after I was itching badly. It stopped a day after but then we had sex again late Friday night, it was sort of rough, well since then I've been itching like crazy! It only burns when I urinate after I give a good itch and seems more itchy at night.
