Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.
I wasn't sure what other area to put this question in, because im not so sure where it fits...I have had some severe trouble sleeping for a few weeks now. I go to sleep and wake up like 2 hours later in a really bad sweat, and I get chills, and I have been getting like this really bad shakes that seem to start in my stomach, and I like can't sit all the way up. I just want to curl in a ball, and i get really nausiated.

Well I have tried over and over again with pills shakes nutrisystem slim fast weight warchers etc you name it I tried it.

t know if you would consider this natural, but for the fiber content, and for the nutrional supplementation, I drink one can of slim fast a day (generic is fine). You get the fluid w 20% soluable fiber a day. Not too much or too little; plus I seem to absorb soluable fiber a little better than insoluble fiber ( works better). Take care.

I'm 24, 5'7", 204 lbs currently. I recently (since March) have lost 20 lbs through diet and exercise but it seems like I'm at a stand still, and in the last week I have actually gained a pound and a half even though my diet and exercise regimen has not changed.
Me and my gf had unprotected sex last night she had jus got off of her and we were goin at it for about 30-40 mins and I was about 2 *** so I pulled out and everything was fine so I left and went 2 my house but while we were on the phone tlkin she was expressing to me that she was feelin sick in tha stomach and had a headache and is bloating and lost her appitite along with back pains I don't think she's pregnant because I didn't *** inside of her but I don't kno what's going
