Well a few months back during a rigorous
swim team session, I had a really bad cramp in my right leg. I stretched it out and such and got back in the pool. However, ever since that session, every time I sprint in races, or just do butterfly,breaststroke and freestyle even, I start to feel like a cramp is going to happen. It's like the feeling of it is in my legs when I swim.Then it turned into a bigger problem.
