Prescription sleep medication, over the counter sleep aids, a warm electric blanket on the sofa w/a good movie. Melatonin does absolutely nothing for me. Many swear it's like valium for them.

Hello ladies...i am 38 weeks pregnant and i cant sleep at night with out have pain in my lower back and my belly gets hard and its hard for me to take a breath with out pain...i am a frist time mom i dont know what contractions feel like..is that whag i having? They seem to go away when i sit up ...also everytime i get these pain i have to use the bathroom really badly i think he put pressure on my bladder..is there anything i can do to ease the pain?..

Unfortunately i have had these particular symptoms for around 2 years now and the hospital have tried to help however, there is nothing for them to do as every test has come back all clear and normal. My symptoms is my chest will become tight and i will get a pain in my chest, however this doesnt occur every time. Suddenly i will then become weak and drozey, which then means that my whole body becomes like jelly and find it hard to have the energy to do anything.

Over the last week i have gone from taking way to many norcos aday to taking 1-2 aday. Its been a rough week. I went & refilled my zanex which i haven't taken in a few & i can tell you sleep is here. I am going to be frugal with them. And pray that i am on the up hill side of this battle. I now subing one isnt good either, But the differents in how i feel is tought me, You dont ct zanex without talking to your dr... I thankyou all for your help & support..

Okay i am a virgin and so is my boyfriend. We have been together for over a year now and we are ready to take the next step. Absolutely! I'm not even six weeks and I feel really tight in my lower abdomen, to wear I unbutton my pants already. and I don't even wear tight jeans.. glad I am not alone. Just makes me wonder if this will be tight the whole time though.
