Avatar f tn Im constantly in a bad mood and mad at him for getting peaceful sleep all night (stupid i know, I blame the hormones lol) I usually sleep until about midnight and then pretty much awake the rest of the night. I may sleep an hour here or there. Any tips on helping me get some sleep I would really appreciate!!
Avatar n tn Hi everyone, I'm only 8 weeks and a FTM. I'm scared. I can't take going to sleep anymore. The nightmares have just been out of control. I try explaiNing it to my husband but he doesn't really get it. I was in marching band in Highschool and in my nightmare someone was hitting me in the stomach over and over on field with the lights radiating. No one would help me, my husband ran away and just it was awful. I just hope this passes.
Avatar f tn Yup. Having a baby is just stressful. Plus your hormones are aalllll out of whack. Yall need to just try and be happy. Maybe try having a date night. Or do something romantic. Or go baby stuff shopping.
Avatar f tn I'm 18+6 and I haven't slept on my stomach fully. I will wake up half on my stomach like I was sleeping on my side hugging my pillow and started to roll onto my stomach but didn't fully roll if it makes sense. But it doesn't hurt to sleep on it I think I just get nervous to sleep on my stomach.
Avatar m tn Anyways after I took the sixth pill I finally started to sleep better and once I started to sleep better I finally started to get back to my life and my daily activities. I was doing pretty ok for about a month and a half, when about a week and a half ago, Thursday, June 30, 2016, I was over at my friend's house when a sudden wave of anxiety hit me and I started going downhill and as of today I'm pretty much back to where I was originally.
Avatar f tn That happened with my ex husband but we started having problems because he actually nauseated me with his presence to the point he had to sleep on the couch I guess it was my hormones but he took it another way n cheated on me ***** but wasn't my fault it was my hormones....
Avatar f tn What are some of you doing to control your hormones? I'm about to take my pregnant butt and walk out at work so I need help. I'm flipping on everybody, and I've tried breathing, stretching, I took double the allotted break time, and now I'm in the bathroom bawling my eyes out like a baby. Am I crazy? Do I need psychiatric help?
Avatar f tn Being exhausted (and anxious) is normal. I'm also 6 weeks, and it doesn't matter if I get 10 hours of sleep, or if I get 2 hours.... I'm totally exhausted regardless. Everyone keeps telling me it's the hormones and your body overworking that makes you so tired. Plus, it's nearly 3am and I am up AGAIN (3RD time) to pee. All part of the craziness, I guess.
Avatar f tn Ahhh my hormones are going crazy tonight.. im 29w...
Avatar f tn Try taking a warm bubble bath with some candles and relaxing music, maybe go for a drive, or talk to a friend/parent/sibling/counselor just to get some things off of your chest. Also maybe try talking to your partner and explain that your hormones are just out of whack, he probably won't understand. Also for sleep, it's safe to take Unisom sleep aids during pregnancy, those helped me a lot and they also help with nausea.
Avatar f tn After much research I decided to ask my OB to test my hormones and have been on bio-identical hormones since October, 2010. After 4 months of treatment. some things have improved (progesterone), but my estrogen is still very low. The more I read, the more confused I get mostly because the research is somewhat a contradiction to what I the doctors are telling me. I also have high cholesterol, which I have read is contributed to by low estrogen.
Avatar f tn I gave birth to a still born baby after 20 weeks in July. Is it all hormones, thyroid problems, which could contribute to hormone problems. I am now on anti-depresents and anti-anxiety medicine, but I feel like I'm spinning out of control. Please help. 5609181 tn?1375332372 Not a good idea for a baby to sleep in the car seat. I knew someone who had their child sleep in a car seat BC it was the only time she would sleep and she ended up with a bruise all over her back.

Avatar f tn U do have problems with ovulation. Wat ur doc should have done is: put u on provera for u to have a period , clomid wic boosts ovulation and progesterone wic is the hormone that holds the baby in the womb. If ur progesterone is too low the baby will never stick and u wud loose it even b4 u even knew u were preggo. Ur progesterone should be 9 the lowest. I know this cause I had the same prob. As u and now am 8 wks 4 days preggo.
Avatar f tn He is very loving and supportive, but during certain times of the month I question myself as to whether or not I should be with him. Do you think it is just my hormones or are there other potential problems in my relationship?

2062192 tn?1333714423 Iv got one of the pregnancy pillows but it dosnt seem to be helping at the moment. I cant sleep on my back (my body has never let me sleep on my back for as long as I can remember), and the only position I see to get comfy on is on my tummy but coked up slightly on my right side with my knee helping to prop my side up a little but I move a lot in my sleep and every time I change positions I wake up feeling a bit sick and get a slight pain in my abdomen.
