Common Questions and Answers about Sleep number bed reviews

sleep

Avatar f tn t have one now try the old pillow between the legs, cool dark room, warm bath before bed in lavender bubble bath(lavender promotes sleep). No caffine 3 hours before bed and eat something with a carbohydrates close to bed like crackers and milk. The carbs close to bed make you relax as well. Good luck.
Avatar f tn It hurt so bad to turn and to actually get out of the bed. Sleep and I have a love hate relationship right now! Not sure why it hurt so bad. This is baby number 4 for me and it seem like each pregnancy worsened.
Avatar m tn Congrats on day 7, sleep is hard to come by at first. what are you taking to sleep? glad your feeling a bit better now.
1238678 tn?1321857976 I'll have to ask the doctor about that, the only thing he prescribed for me is some Amitripyline (sp?) that he said would help me sleep and help some of the pain, but I'm still waiting for the pharmacy to get some in.... I've only been on the Lupron a couple days now but I'm already getting some terrible back pain and headaches. I really hope it's not like this every day. Did anyone gain a significant amount of weight?
272759 tn?1270485594 has any tried a moses basket as a transition from the womb to the crib? if so, which brand do you like? i registered at buy buy baby for the "tadpoles" brand but can't find any reviews on them. many people suggest using the pack-n-play, but i love the idea of the moses basket because it's smaller and with a stand, will fit perfectly next to my bed. any advice appreciated!!!
3360193 tn?1365871889 ve read some reviews that say just swaddle your baby for the first couple months, other reviews say cover them with a blanket until you put them in the sleep bag......any one know?
Avatar f tn This flies in the face of what is generally agreed to by other MS facilities, that treating MS early provides patients with the best chance of slowing down the disease process, minimizing the number of releases in RRMS, and mitigating permanent neurological damage. There is no way to predict so-called 'benign' MS, and any neurologist who applies that label at the front end of the disease is doing their patients a huge disservice.
Avatar m tn t be on your computer 1hr prior to bedtime! Turn off most lights and get ready for bed. Only use the bedroom for sleep and sex. Train your body to go bed at the same time every night. You may lie there for a long time at first. I put on very very low soothing music and I fall asleep. I'm on enough meds and don't want to use anymore than necessary. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR PRIOR TO USING ANY HERBS OR SUPPLEMENTS!!!!! Best of luck to you!
Avatar f tn I'm reading reviews & there are more negative than positive. I don't wanna waste my money on something that like u will only use once or sometimes. Thanks for responding.
Avatar f tn Worked for me.
Avatar f tn We bought him his own full size bed at age 2 so we could sleep with him and since we were having baby #2.
Avatar f tn m choosing a easy reach co sleeper bassinet with window netting ventilation with the option to not put in bed but up against the bed on my side. Its sturdy as a regular bassinet would be but with the option to put one side down. I choose this one for my 1st c section since it will take a bit a time to recover it seemed appealing and has nothing but wonderful reviews. My ob agrees as well.
Avatar f tn -(. Unless my 2 1/2 year old wakes up and comes to bed then I can half sleep cuddling him, though that isn't really helpful to him lol.
Avatar f tn When she was still in diapers she would wet the bed at night, they have the option of overnight diapers, I got them and didnt have anymore issues. She is in their training pants now, no issues. Also, along with your diapers and wipes each month you can add other things like rash cream etc. It has worked well for us, and my daughter responds well to their products.

1687929 tn?1319426011 A Sleep Number bed maybe...those are expensive though. For me the pillow matters more than the bed.
Avatar m tn t. Also, the Fitbit One seems to be a popular model as per the number and positivity of reviews on Amazon. I hope it works.
Avatar f tn I have always co sleep with my children till each was done breastfeeding at two yrs each my youngest is still with me right now, no fancy gadjets just in the bed with my hubb and me and I too have sacrificed 14 years of sleep now but the piece of mind is well worth it. I posted the amby baby thing it looks so cool but I would use it in the day time if I where ever able to afford it .
1316610 tn?1280160268 okay so i have always slept great an though i have had four other children i know you loose a little extra sleep at night but i am 31 1/2 wks pregnant with number 5 an i fee llike i just cant get any sleep at all. i actually fee llike i have insomnia or something now it started about 3 weeks ago. an i am to the point i feel like if i dotn get one good night of sleep i am heading over the edge. i almsot feel like i am at my breaking point.
Avatar f tn Once during this pregnancy I went to the restroom in the middle of the night and when I woke up, I couldn't remember how I'd gotten back to my bed. I was so tired it was as if I was black out drunk. No memory from the bathroom to my bed. I'm so thankful for the sleep number bed we splurged on at tax time. I didn't think I'd reap the benefits until after baby was born because I figured I'd be super uncomfortable anyway.
Avatar f tn You can do a couple of things----- first, the usual of limiting liquid intake two hours before bed. This does really help. Give her a reminder to go before bed. And then, you can try to get her in the habit of waking during the night by actually setting your own alarm clock, getting up and waking her, walking her to the bathroom and having her go.
Avatar f tn Thanks for your advice. I have tried on a number of times to get her to bed but as soon as i leave she is up and following me. I feel really guilty because i have shouted at her alot over this sleep problem and i know it would not have helped her at all. It has got to the stage where we are both tense every night at the thought of what we have to go through. I also live in a rented house so if my landlord gets any complaints about noise from my house i will be thrown out.
Avatar f tn re able to discriminate between when you got to BED (or, if for ex. you read or watch telly in bed, when you stopped everything and tried to sleep) and when you finally got to SLEEP. When you have insomnias, it's something important to record. Do you have 30min insomnias every night? 2hrs once in a while? Also, how many times did you wake up, if any? (for how long, if applicable?) And did you wake up earlier than you wanted? (another type of insomnia).
1691275 tn?1322327507 Ralph, Kudos! I read the whole essay start to finish, and have to say: that tick messed with the wrong person when it bit you. I hope you will keep writing and will keep after those in the medical world who refuse to see reason. Your comments about the geographic spread of Lyme are spot on and are the best takedown I have seen of the 'we don't have Lyme here' position. My motto has long been that "ticks don't read maps.
4971738 tn?1390565384 I took risperidone (risperdal) off and on for many years. It helped calm down my irritation, anger and psychotic symptoms--hallucinations and delusions. I started on a small dose 1 mg then 2mg. I climbed to 6 mg until my prolactin level went way past 1000, and my gynecologist went up in arms about it because it completely stopped my menstruation. It got lowered to 4 mg.
