re able to discriminate between when you got to BED (or, if for ex. you read or watch telly in
bed, when you stopped everything and tried to
sleep) and when you finally got to SLEEP. When you have insomnias, it's something important to record. Do you have 30min insomnias every night? 2hrs once in a while?
Also, how many times did you wake up, if any? (for how long, if applicable?)
And did you wake up earlier than you wanted? (another type of insomnia).
