Preferably a picture of the beginning of a spot and another of a spot that has ulcerated or looks like a cigarette burn as you described would be best. Unfortunately the only way to get a diagnoses is to go see your doctor and because your little one is only 18m old you need to get him seen ASAP. If he has open sores/blisters he is risking skin infections like Staph or MRSA.
The picture is not very clear so I can't tell exactly if you have a cold sore. But these info should help you out! Cold sores are filled with fluid. if it is a cold sore you should have tingling and some pain. It might ooze over the next few days, and then it will form a crust and heal in about 7 to 10 days. It could have started as a pimple that turned into a cold sore.
I have about 4 small flesh colored lumps around my pantyline areaand one a little on the inside of my pantyline. They aren't red or anything and when I touch them they have a shape to them but it doesn't really feel like they are filled with anything. They itch and some of them are bigger then the others. However recently, there has been extremely dry skin on my shaft, a little irritated at the top of my penis and there’s even a red lesion that has cracked open. The dry skin, nor the lesion cause me any pain unless I really agitate it.

However, I have found no pictures at all on the internet that match what they look like. They were not raised at all, where medium brown in color, and i had several small clusters. What kind of wart was this?
Secondly, since there is very little visual evididence remaining of the infection after treatment, can I now safely have sex? Or will I pass it on? If I am going to pass it on to my fiance, is it best to do it now so she can get over it before we have kids?

Well, the whiteheads you see could simply be from irritation, friction, heat and sweat due to the direct skin-to-skin contact with your partner. Men and women frequently experience small breakouts after sex because the skin is extra sensitive in the genital area.
However there is only one way to determine what the true cause is for your breakout and, as you know, that is to get tested.
I provided two pictures of the same area, they are enlarged pictures of the area under suspicion. The pictures are of the scrotum, I cropped the rest of the scrotum and penis away from the picture to try to keep this as unoffensive as possible.
I have 3 total, the other two are much smaller and very hard to notice. One on the right of my scrotum, one on the left, and on on the top of my penis near the base.

I have had this small single bump on my penis for atleast 5years, it is almost like a raised bump with a hole in the middle so it looks like an almost raised crater, it does not itch or cause pain and when i stretch the skin it becomes invisible and looks like a hole in my penis although when the skin is rolled up it raises and is very visable. Recently i have noticed small patches of skin that have become easily irritated when itched or scratched, approximately 3" from where the scrotum and the inner thigh meet, on the inside of my thigh and on my lower pelvic area below my belly button and aabove my waist line. I noticed that when i itch them small breaks in the skin as if i scratch the hair folicule open. They are not "blisters, pimple, etc.
I could put active herpes virus all over your arms and legs and let it sit there for a hour and you wouldn't get herpes. It's more than just active virus sitting on the skin - it's the heat and friction of the sex act itself that introduces the virus into the delicate genital skin easier than it would on the thicker skin on the rest of the body.

What's up. Is there a virus out there that can cause hair loss, chronic fatigue, recurring sore throat, muscle weakness, pale face, longer healing process for cuts and bruises, sensitive skin, motion sickness, and sleepiness.
