Do the spots look like dry skin or just like her skin has lost pigmentation? I do not know when I recieved it but a couple days ago I noticed I had painless tiny white spot near my pubic area but on penis one looked like a whitehead so I bust it and small white puss came out but it never hurts nor iches, I do shave occasionally so I don't know if that would be the problem. I have these white (lighter then my normal skin color) circle spots. They started on my shoulder and have spread to my upper back to my other shoulder and down both arms to about my elbows. I also have them on my upper abdomen area in the center, almost between my breasts. The spots start out as almost a complete circle until I have so many in one area they blend together. You should talk to your doctor and rule out the above causes.
For this you should consult a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis. If the white spots are not easily scraped off then vitiligo should also be ruled out.

Hi everyone, the skin in my penis is flaky and glossy, and I'm having these white thingies, that according to my doctor are forcyde spots, around, and nothing hurts or feels uncomfortable. However it think it makes my penis look unhygienic or unhealthy. The skin on the head looks like it will fall off.
