Please explain about the spots in detail so that a confirmatory diagnosis can be made. Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub with clothes, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic),excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis or balanitis (due to an underlying infection (bacterial and fungal as well as other organisms) .
I have these white (lighter then my normal skin color) circle spots. They started on my shoulder and have spread to my upper back to my other shoulder and down both arms to about my elbows. I also have them on my upper abdomen area in the center, almost between my breasts. The spots start out as almost a complete circle until I have so many in one area they blend together. I am not really very itchy or a very little. I added a photo of my arm so you could see the spots.

It would be very unusual for you to have HPV. HPV is transmitted skin to skin and it would appear that not only are you a virgin, that you also have not had genital contact with anyone. There are many benign skin disorders that can appear to be bumps or lesions that resemble HPV. The Dr. that wrote that you could see a physician that would apply 5% acetic acid solution is incorrect (this method is used in other countries but it is not accurate).

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough,but it sounds like Fordyce spots.They are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.
