Avatar n tn If so, there are a number of treatments available. One very popular remedy has been laser skin resurfacing which helps to minimize the appearance of wrinkles, scars, lines and hyper pigmentation surrounding the eyes and mouth. I've always had dark circles and badly textured skin there but no puffiness, so this was supposed to be a relatively safe attempt at some form of remedy. Avatar f tn ) A few weeks later, the site turned an off-white color (like the color of ashy skin), but still circular. It remained like that until this past July. Now, the injection site has grown, my skin has "sunken in" and the color is still "ashy." I would greatly appreciate any help that you may be able to give me to stop the growth, restore my "natural" color, and fill in my skin. Thank you.
Avatar f tn Large pores can be easily dealt with proper cleansing and frequent toning and moisturizing of the skin. Avatar n tn Hello, After reading your post, I feel that the lesion that you are having is due to scarring and pitting of the skin which is a rare side effect of electrolysis and occurs due to carelessly or rapidly done electrolysis or due to the sensitiveness of the skin to electrolysis. Unfortunately for this type of scarring or pitting, there is no medical cream as such which can treat it but surgical excision by a good plastic surgeon and laser resurfacing have given promising results.
