Hi. I am a 31 year old male. I had sex with a CSW 10 days back and had worn two condoms. I was also careful not to indulge in unprotected oral sex and neither was any kissing involved. I checked the condoms for any leak or breakage and was good there too.
However since the next day i developed rashes around the 'V' are of the genital and noticed that my testicle skin had turned pink.
This area on penis is sore with little cracky or broken skin closer to the tip of penis. I had observed semen coming from my penis during this genital rubbing. I am very worried if there was any exchange of semen or blood during this 1-2 min genital rubbing with the lady. I don't know if the lady had any fluids on her genital area during this incident.There are total 4 layers of clothing between, but I am worried whether there was any exchange of fluids like semen,blood etc..
They were on the groin folds where the skin touches. The area between my anus and scrotum had the same issue. The area smelled like rotten eggs. I also had cracking and bleeding in the left groin fold. There was never any Itching. I went to the dermatologist who took a quick glance and said this was Yeast. He prescribed me some keto cream. The red scrotum left and these bumps remained for about a month. When I applied the keto cream the area became itchy.
I have recently noticed a pair of inch by half inch sores/rashes on my upper thigh in the inguinal area. One of the sores is slightly larger then the other. They change color from dark purple almost back to my basic white skin tone with temperature changes but are always there. They are not painful, itchy, or irritating. Any idea as to what this might be would be great.
When ever I start my period I get this rash just at the front part of my genital lip area, its a small spot that gets all rash like and is very painful is that normal? Ive also tried many different soaps and brands of pads to resolve this. note this only happens while im on my period and maybe for like a couple of days after.

At first these rashes were in the pubis area, then over years, moved onto the skin on the penis, then onto the foreskin of the penis, and finally they've got onto the head of the penis. I can feel just itching on the head of penis, it becomes red, and this condition persists for few days or a week. I do not get any rashes on the skin any more, just that itching on the head of penis. There's no other symptoms, no problems urinating, no blood, no fever, no nothing. Just that itching.
The fact that you've had abnormal sensations in your genital area which come and go are suggestive but by no means diagnostic of genital herpes and when considered in the context of other issues you raise, seems unlikely. Typical genital herpes does present with small "water blisters" at the site at which they occur. In addition, your symptoms seem to move around a bit which is not typical of herpes which recurs in the same area.
And on top of all that, there are numerous nonm-STD genital skin rashes that recur from time to time. In fact, the majority of recurrent genital rashes are due to things other than HSV. Taken together, all the evidence amounts to virtually 100% proof you don't have genital herpes and never did.
1) There is no realistic chance you have genital herpes.

I found a hour later after getting home on my pants a blood stain about 1.5x0.3 inch. The stain is right on the thigh area but not the genital area. I believe it was from one of the 4 strippers I encountered. The pant material was cotton and not very thick and absorbed moisture well. Although I didn't see any blood stain on my skin, given the amount of blood and grinding of the dancer the blood might have penetrated.
Best advice is to see a Dr, this is not STD related. Not sure what it could be.

t assume an STD just because a problem occurs in the genital area. You could have any of a hundred different skin rash; virtually any rash that can occur anywhere on the body sometimes involves the genitals.
I guess the real mystery here is why you haven't seen a health care provider about this. It obviously is bothering you, both because it's uncomfortable and you're worried about it. See a doctor or clinic.
And, admittingly, out of fear from the experience, was daily washing my genital area more frequently with soap... Again, no pain at all on the red spot, which went away after 4-5 days. I have also had though migrating burning feelings (not tingling, just a hot, burn feel). Mostly in the area between the legs where I sit on the bike (where I can feel pressure when riding, a bad seat I guess), but also at the base of my penis right above the right testicle (comes and goes in both areas).
I have one bump in my pubic area as well as rashes in between both thighs and my pubic area. I haven't been sexually active for 4-5 years, and I only had one partner, but I know she had a couple.
I had a doctor recommend Lamisil for the rashes (thinking it was jock itch), but it didn't help. I also tried lotion in case the rash was a dry rash, but with no success. The last time I was at the doctor the bump want present, but I do recall having a bump there at one point in the past.
t get through intact skin like thighs or belly, it takes thin skin such as that found in the genital area. Genital to genital rubbing can transmit herpes because of the thin skin thing, but that's not what you are describing.

Your not at any std risk from your massage. Syphilis Chancres appear in the genital area as well as the mouth and lips . For you to have gotten hpv .. She would have had to rub her genitalia vigorously and then in a matter of milliseconds rub it onto your penis , even then it's very low risk . Lastly syhphilis and Hsv are skin to skin Sti which require sex anal or vaginal or even lower risk genital to genital contact. Nothing to worry about here.

From the symptoms it does not look like a genital wart. Warts are small painless growth on skin caused by Human Papilloma Virus. These can be light or dark. They are usually oval in growth and raised forming rough surface in the skin. They are numerous small, smooth, flat (pinhead sized) lesions and does not present as rashes.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
