From your post, it seems that the dark spots on your inner thigh and under your breast are post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Perhaps you had a skin infection like a fungal infection on those areas. Fungal infection is common in areas with moist skin like the inguinal or axillary area, or the area under the breasts. hello everyone,in 2006 i had oral sex with this guy who std,hiv/aids status was unkhown,a week later this sudden weight loss started to occur and my skin got dark and these dark spots would come on my back,face and chest and i had hair looking things growing on my tougue,i was sooooo scared that i never went to see a doctor until 2008 were my whole std,hiv,aids test came back negative.until now i am still with really wired this weight loss and skin infection.

My two year old Rhodesian Ridgeback (male, castrated), who has always been healthy and never suffered from any skin problems seems to have developed dark patches of skin under the white fur on his chest. Seems to only be under the while bits of his coat. The patches are not angry irritated or raised, just darker, black or brown. The colour of the hair has not changed and remains white. I would see a doctor or a dermatologist for both of you. It might be some kind of skin infection.

Sounds like he needs to see a dr to see if he has some kind of staph infection in his blood, that is causing the pimples/boils.
