Does anyone with this condition experience very dry face skin and face pain as well as mouth and eye dryness? My mouth is so dry I experience a burning sensation of the tongue. My face is so dry it hurts - tried all kinds of creams and it only makes my face skin feel tighter. Did having the operation make this dry skin condition go away.
Very difficult to comment on pigmentory disorders with out visual examination.However this looks post-inflammatory, Did you apply cremes containing hydroxyquinolones (for blemishes) or steroid containg cremes? Also the possiblity of excessive sun exposure need to be explored.

It can be due to dermatitis skin, contact dermatitis or parasthesia skin. Avoid using any lotions and creams over the face for the meantime. Wash your face with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Pat your face dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves.If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort.
If the irritation persists then get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
and I was wondering if anyone else has this symptom.. my skin on my face is a deep brown, however my chin looks similar however its a little bit lighter than the rest of my face, this is a lot more noticeable in the summer when I am in the sun quite a bit and my skin started to get darker.. it will get darker everywhere except my chin.. its super light and very embarrassing .. i have no idea what is causing it. I'm assuming hormonal or some kind of endocrine disorder?

i feel a sivier burning sensation on my skin (in between neck and navel area) followed by excessive sweating. all this time i feel like i want to run in to a near by ac or fan. i went many type of doctors and they where unable to find the problem.

We ate dinner and after tht rashes started forming around my lips then my whole face was red with little bumps or lumps that are red. I have a history of skin disorders (eczema, dermatitis and skin asthma) so I just drank benadryl to get it over with but it did not do any help at all and until now I am suffering the same problem but now it is much worse and my face is peeling off the skin.

hello,my name is nawel and in 2006 i had oral sex with this guy who std,hiv/aids status was unkhown,a week later this sudden weight loss started to occur and my skin got dark and these dark spots would come on my back,face and chest and i had hair looking things growing on my tougue,i was sooooo scared that i never went to see a doctor until 2008 were my whole std,hiv,aids test came back negative.until now i am still with really wired this weight loss and skin infection.

I have oily skin & everybody says it's my Pregnancy glow but it makes me feel gross. I use clean & clear exfoliating face wash (don't know if that's how you spell that lol) .
Also since then I have had itchy skin all over (not on the bumps on my arms. Mostly around the face.) I was thinking maybe I have dry skin? I have been using lotion a lot more lately, and have washed all my clothes and bed sheets. My mom checked my head for lice (maybe I picked something up at the renaissance fair?) and says that I don't have any (She is a nurse so I trust her, so I think I have dandruff). Anybody have any idea what this could be? I'm kinda stressing out over it.
