Cardio helps burn fat and will remove that layer right off your belly. Anything that can get you heart pumping is cardio so make it fun! Dance fast to an upbeat song. Do jumping jacks. Run in place or just run. Look up at home cardio workouts for some fun ideas. Zumba is a great cardio workout.

This happened once before and I was told it was nothing by a doctor... Went to another doctor and was told the same thing... They ran tests and couldnt find anything. Keep exercising and if you start to feel down, exercise some more. There were times I exercised 3x in one day...cardio, weights, cardio, etc... You can get over this hump... Stay Cool...

Crunches are what I consider a good "finisher" at the end of your core training, poor form often results in not much else than a sore neck. Instead, work your core with dynamic stabilizing moves.

Avatar f tn The one I bought had suggestions of what workouts to do with your baby wrapped on you. There are many workout options for mothers. Maybe you can do video workouts when your baby is sleeping. About baby workouts, all I do with my 6 month old is make sure she is active. I have a walker for her so I place her in it for a while. She walks around a lot in it. I also put her on the floor where she rolls everywhere.

I guess my emotions got the best of me and I just forgot. I guess I should tell someone cant"t do a thing till Mon. tho. Thanks for being there - Lynne P.S. Avatar m tn I've damned the torpedoes. I am doing the www.musclehack.com 10-week weight lifting cycles, including diet advice. I just finished the 10 week "total six-pack abs" and I'm sure I violated every rule for Hep C patients in the book (ie pure protein meals, pure carbohydrate meals, yada yada). Should you do this? don't ask me. However, I don't tell lies on this list by being super worried but still drinking alcohol and/or staying obese and glutinous.
Avatar f tn I've never heard of that before. But I was on Seasonelle (another version of your same pill) that you take for 3 months at a time. And I had a trip to Europe during which time I was expecting my 3 month break so I was supposed to get my period. Instead I just started the next pack right away and kept taking it for another 3 months so it was six months before I got my next period. I always had good luck while taking the next pack to skip my period.
Avatar f tn Oh, please, guys, you both know that not everyone or very many people will ever have six pack abs. Why would we want them anyway unless you watch too many TV commercials? You're both just selling something you want to be true because you both do it, but I'll bet a lot (if I had a lot) that Gymdandee for sure doesn't have six pack abs.
