Run in place or just run. Look up at home cardio workouts for some fun ideas. Zumba is a great cardio workout.

Running, tennis, kickboxing and rowing all use the core to stabilize the upper body during the workout. The abs engage, and at the same time get stronger and more defined. Doing ab exercises is the best way to sculpt the six-pack.

Avatar n tn m pretty close and have a six pack again. By concentrating on those goals, I was able to forget about the meds...almost 11 months now... Keep exercising and if you start to feel down, exercise some more. There were times I exercised 3x in one day...cardio, weights, cardio, etc... You can get over this hump... Stay Cool...
Avatar m tn So I don't know if I am being hyper-paranoid or something, but it seems to me like I have an oddly distended and large lower abdomen, despite having little-to-no belly fat (I even have a six pack... sort of). It can look "normal" if I suck it in really hard, but it always droops right back down if I stop. I also tend to feel like my abdomen is "full" after eating very little (i.e., it feels stretched out).

Avatar f tn I pack my bag at 36 weeks and I pack deodorant soap lotion toothbrush toothpaste underwear bra slippers a pajama outfit to go home in and a jacket For baby I just pack a newborn outfit to go home in and a blanket and her baby bag the hospital that I will be at provides diapers milk and a receiving blanket, pads for me and breast pads underwear too but dey uncomfortable n I dnt plan on letting her take pictures cus hospital pics are expensive to me but dats my opinion i try to pack less stuff a

I guess my emotions got the best of me and I just forgot. I guess I should tell someone cant"t do a thing till Mon. tho. Thanks for being there - Lynne P.S. Avatar m tn I've damned the torpedoes. I am doing the www.musclehack.com 10-week weight lifting cycles, including diet advice. I just finished the 10 week "total six-pack abs" and I'm sure I violated every rule for Hep C patients in the book (ie pure protein meals, pure carbohydrate meals, yada yada). Should you do this? don't ask me. However, I don't tell lies on this list by being super worried but still drinking alcohol and/or staying obese and glutinous.
Avatar n tn We all know that no amount of sit-ups or crunches will give you a six- pack! A six-pack is the result of a clean diet as stated above, low body fat and hard, hard training. Crunches are what I consider a good "finisher" at the end of your core training, poor form often results in not much else than a sore neck. Instead, work your core with dynamic stabilizing moves.
