six pack surgery

I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

So I was just wondering how many baby outfits to pack? I'm a ftm @ 36wks tomorrow. I originally packed two but than other experienced mom's told me to pack five or six cause you don't know the size your baby will fit. How many outfits did you all pack? How many is suggested?

hiya, i have had quite a colourfull medical history, and am going in for a laproscopic hysterectomy next week and i am feeling quite fearfull, having 3 young children i am hoping for a speedy recovery, has anyone else had the surgery done in this way and how was it,,removal of the womb,ovaries,falopian tubes and cervix.

For me, hard work hard physical labor such as yard work, lifting, perhaps building a wall with stone ... this was the type of work that got me a six pack, but at the same time I was losing weight for a health problem (Celiac) so my body fat got low.

Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment? I am on antibiotic ceflex one every six hours. I clean n pack it twice daily. It is just yukky to me. I feel like i smell like fish in the wound area but told this is to be normal it has only been three days since doctor took stiches out of the site at my belly button so the healing process can start...i think i am reading allot of horror stories on the net.....please anyone easzzz my crazy mind..

All pain is side locked. only on the left side. Ive taken two sets of antibiotics, and a steroid pack. the Z-pack and steroids did alleviate the pain slightly, but overall the sharp pain on the top of my head remains. Ive had a CT scan with contrast of my head and everything shows up clear. I have noticed the inside of my left nostril is very RED, compared to the pink complection of the right nostril. I would say some type of infection?

As I still wait for my spinal surgery (Leminectomy), I had two scenarios of second opinions. The first spinal surgeon wanted to do a fusion of three vertabraes. The second spinal doctor said it would not do much good, and in the long run could make matters worse. Instead, he is going to perform a Leminectomy at L 3-4 and L 4-5.

I notice the more I try to get back into the swing of things the more I move the more my neck swells. I went for a walk 1 3/4 miles today trying to get back into some modest exercise and "BAM" my neck swelled and it's a discomfort. Can anyone tell me how long after surgery this will stop? Did the lump ever go away I just had fusion s1 l5 l4 and two months after surgery I now have a huge bump 12mm side to side and 7mm up and down. had steroid shots, laperscopic surgery to c if its a hurnia and it wasn't. I have gone to six Dr and haven't gotten a answer yet all of them have said they have never seen anything like it.

Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

Hi Bev, I also am a mom of two . My youngest three months old . My stomach got stretched pretty bad . I am considering this procedure as well . How bad was your pain ? For example , could you walk at all the first week? I really want to do this procedure but i am very afraid of the pain it may cause! Well the results came back from my 24 hr urine test. Protein levels were extremely high so now my daughter is coming via c section April 30th instead of may 15th. Im so nervous! I have my daughter's bag packed already, but still need to pack mine. She will be born right at 37 weeks so does anyone have any specific things that helped them?? Im kinda lost right now. I was in my immobilizer for six weeks after surgery and had all the normal post operative PT appointments (in addition to the ones I had prior to surgery). Over the past month or so, the pain in my shoulder has been increasing to the point where it is waking me up several times a night again like it was before surgery. I also have to have a pillow behind my shoulder when I sleep in order to get any kind of sleep at all.

had the surgery to remove cyst removed. Doctor said he had to removel a little more then just a cyct that part of a tube? it's been a week now with ice pack my testical swelled to the size of a orange after a week it's still three times the size of the other one. won't see the doctor for 5 weeks. how long before this well get back to normal? any way to make the swelling go down?

Oh, please, guys, you both know that not everyone or very many people will ever have six pack abs. Why would we want them anyway unless you watch too many TV commercials? You're both just selling something you want to be true because you both do it, but I'll bet a lot (if I had a lot) that Gymdandee for sure doesn't have six pack abs.
