The one glass of wine here and there is true but to a wine cooler a doctor would probably tell you no and once you had one the friend that suggested you have one knowing your pregnant would probably try to get you to have more than one. And if it worries you in the first place you peobably shouldn't.. you'll probably end up feeling bad after.

You will get a ton of comments saying that you're selfish for considering it and that if you can't restrain yourself for nine months you shouldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place and that's what you signed up for when you spread your legs and blah blah blah. There are no studies showing exactly how much alcohol is okay in your system before issues will develop. It is very hard to say.

During my thirties I discovered wine coolers and progressed to wine, but never more than three glasses, certainly not on a daily basis. Then followed divorce, nursing school, and I drank wine as a reward after studies over. I think I really escalated after graduation when I got my first job and could afford more and also when my children were gone to college. I am now remarried to a great guy who does not drink at all.

Get yourself one of those insulated lunch box/bag coolers - you can get them at Walmart and such. Get an ice pack too. I found that the ice pack and bag kept the stuff cold for up to 15 hours. If you are heading to a hotel, let them know that you have medication that needs refrigeration. If they ask, tell them its insulin (they don't need to know...) and most places will provide you a mini fridge free of cost. Hope this helps!

I am italian and it's very common to have wine. In Italy we had a glass a wine everyday. Everyone is different, but I believe everything in moderation.
