The dogs are fine with her. When the kittens were 3 mo old I put them outside. For a couple of weeks, things were fine. Then I looked outside and what did I see but a dead kitten in the yard. I knew it had to be the dogs, no blood, probably just shook it. I can't think of anything else that could have happened. Of course, I immediately brought the remaining two kittens in and when they were 4 mo I took them and the mother and had them spayed.

My friend found a kitten who's mother had been run over. We could only find her. As best as I can tell she is around six weeks of age. She's very playful and active but still not fully coordinated. She has been eating kitten wet food mixed with a little of my grown cat's wet food (it is the only one that was available the first couple of days and she likes the taste better so it encourages her to eat more when we mix it). I have weighed her for the past three days at 1.4 pounds.

My one year old cat Serrina Rose Lynn had a litter of six kittens 2 weeks ago. Just about 3 to 4 days ago we were exterminating the runt of the group. We come to find that his/hers left leg is very swollen compared to the other leg. When examining the lump it was very squishy and red in color. We also come to realize she has very long limbs compared to any of the other kittens. We would like to know if we should be concerned or is it going to be okay.

people have a tendency to drop off their unwanted cats/kittens and they end up becoming feral. now...we have had issues with some of them attacking people. and others...if you leave them be they leave you be. the ones we have up there now (there's probably 10 cats and kittens running around up there now) are feral but don't bother anybody. we do feed them but they also do a lot of mousing. (which is why we don't mind them being there) as far as taming them....

Then I wash my sleeping clothes of cotton after 2 uses everytime. I eat spicy food 1-2 times a week. I drink sufficient water everyday with bottles always around me.

For me, hard work hard physical labor such as yard work, lifting, perhaps building a wall with stone ... this was the type of work that got me a six pack, but at the same time I was losing weight for a health problem (Celiac) so my body fat got low.

Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment? I had one of my cats several years back appear out of nowhere with a broken leg. Went to the vet. Of course, I did not have hundreds of dollars to pay for surgery. But the vet did give him pain medication and told me to keep him in a kennel with food, water, and a litterbox for SIX weeks. We did it, and the cat healed. It was tough leaving him in the kennel, and we would 'cheat' sometimes and take him out for a short time.

s bf had his car parked by the sewer opening; 2 tiny kittens had gotten scared from the fireworks that 4th of July and hid underneath the car! Once they parked the kittens all freaked out got out from underneath. To our luck, a cousin on my sister's bf kept one kitty. She brought back the other one. She was named Lucky to have survived a fast drive underneath the car. Shes been at home since then and the title Lucky has stuck to her.

Gradually, I stopped adding the formula, and began to put peices of dry food in, adding more dry and less wet until my kitty was on dry food only. This method never caused my kittens problems. All six of my cats eat only dry food now, and all of them are healthy. BTW, I never used special foods. I always bought the cheap stuff. You will find that everyone has a different opinion about how animals should be fed. This is only my way. It does not mean it is the best, or the worst.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what we can try to at least have them tolerate each other?? We really do not want to get rid of him but we also do not want either of them to get hurt. Thanks!

We all know that no amount of sit-ups or crunches will give you a six- pack! A six-pack is the result of a clean diet as stated above, low body fat and hard, hard training. Crunches are what I consider a good "finisher" at the end of your core training, poor form often results in not much else than a sore neck. Instead, work your core with dynamic stabilizing moves.

Losing - I've done some kitten and puppy and also opossum rescue. I'll just say this. It's unlikely that any of these kittens will survive. If they do, kudos to you - you're really doing a great job. It's much more likely that they'll all pass away. But sometimes, with excellent care, and a lot of luck, they do make it. But most likely they will all perish. Can you post on your area craigs list to parcel them out to nursing mother cats?

I need to pack my daily lunch healthier than I have been any suggestions

There's no right or wrong answer but I'll tell you what I have and I'm six months btw. A couple packs of diapers and wipes, some onesies, a stroller,a carseat, and a baby bath. I just buy here and there when I can. I try to shop for the best deals being that I'm on a tight budget already. Me and my bf are in the process of moving soon. So I would say the most important things are carseat,diapers and wipes. Congrats :) Good luck.

Forty yrs ago I had a purebred siamese cat that was bred to another purebred siamese and 4 of the six kittens had tails like that, so I think its not that unusual in that breed. I've had lots of cats but none of the others had tails like that, so it had to be in the genes.

So, I decide to trap them. I take a couple of my dog crates over to put them in. The kittens were feral and hiding in a wood pile. I go to get them and, of course, they all take off. Now, here is the *Stupid Me* part............I am a *dog* person mainly. Had this been a *dog*, I would have known to get the mother dog contained and/or out of the area. *Stupid Me* didn't do that with the Mama cat. I go after the kittens, get one and, of course, it starts yelling.

It sounds as if the mother of the kittens may have weaned her kittens a bit early. Mothers don't always wean them at the correct time. Queens can get fed up with breast feeding, or they may simply feel too drained if there a lot of kitten mouths to feed. Queens tend to nurse their kittens longer if there are only 3 or less kittens. Or, if you started the kittens on kitten food before weaning, the Queen may discontinue nursing.

They have been doing very well until about the last week (4 weeks of age now). One of the kittens had a hernia (from a dog attack), and the vet did surgery to fix it, and it seemed fine. The other two kittens in the litter picked on it; sucking it's genital area. It became so sore and red that it started bleeding; so I seperated it out. A day later I noticed diarrhea, then a day after that it was deficating pure blood.
