sometimes getting up and taking a walk can get your blood flowing and wake you up, all much better alternatives then energy drinks. And if you are absolutely dragging, have a small cup of coffee or soda. Good Luck, and the fatigue will get better, by the second trimester you wont drag nearly as much.

Energy drinks are terrible for you during pregnancy. They contain a lot of caffeine, but even if its under the 200mg that your allowed in a day its mainly the other atudd you should worry about. Guarana (which is another form of caffeine) , Taurine, Ginseng, and L-carnatine are common ingredients found in energy drinks and are currently considered unsafe for consumption during pregnancy.

So I'm 20 year old male. About 140 lbs and the main part of my question is this: My girlfriend got a script for some lortabs (7.5 mg) for shingles.
