Avatar n tn I'm not sure what a brain "flexing towards the frontal lobe" would feel like, but it doesn't sound pleasant. Add in being dizzy which makes it difficult to drive at times, and I think what you need is a visit with your doctor. I can't say that it's anxiety as I'm certainly not qualified to give you a dx on-line, nor is ANYONE, not even a real doctor and I would hope that you NEVER accept one.
Avatar m tn Hi theonerm2. The brain is nothing but nerve cells. But I got what you want to ask Brainflex. And you are right, one can not "feel" the brain. And the reverse is also true. The brain also can not feel. If you cut the brain with a sharp knife, there will be no pain at all.

For the stiffness, if you have access to a vibrating exercise machine do about 10 minutes daily at low vibration, holding the handle using the "other"hand only. Any bending, flexing exercises for your fingers and hand must be done very gently at first and gradually increase intensity.
