six pack movie info

Hi, I've seen on the forums a few times the mention of that movie "The Secret" can anyone tell me is that movie related to the book that Oprah talks about? Can anyone tell me how to get it? I went to Block Busters and to a little place in my neighbor hood and to the local Library and they didnt have it at any of those places. I appreciate any info any one can give me.

I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

For me, hard work hard physical labor such as yard work, lifting, perhaps building a wall with stone ... this was the type of work that got me a six pack, but at the same time I was losing weight for a health problem (Celiac) so my body fat got low.

Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment? Yu can ask for the epidural while your already in the hospital. Or yu can do it with if yu would prefer. Some ppl say that it messes up your back in the long run but I'm not sure. And am not gonna find out lol. I'm gonna go all natural without meds. There's the epidural and it numbs yu to where yu don't feel pain if your going vaginally or c-section also numbs yu but that's when they cut your stomach open .

If i start taking the birth control pills like six days before my menstrual. Would my menstrual cycle still comes on? Just curious cause I've never took the pills before.
