Avatar n tn Hi, there are some great online keto groups and low carb / paleo groups / pages for meal ideas. I don't typically snack. Breakfast would be eggs done somehow, with either veges, cheese, or meat. I am partial to a good sausage occasionally. Usually washed down with coffee with cream. Lunch and dinner are typically meat and veges of some sort. I do make low carb breads (look up cloud bread or psillium bread for starters), and these are great with cheese, salad, salami, etc.

Avatar f tn I have gone to my dietician and she gave me a meal plan. Its really not a bad plan. I am not having to change what I eat too much. Really just removing alot of sugar. My problem is I constantly feel hungry. It makes eating something I look forward to more. My question is did it take time for your body to get use to eating less or just following the meals? I get pretty cranky when I constantly feel hungry. And my mood really effects how my family feels for the day! The saying is true.

Avatar f tn 3 months ago i started tri cyclen birth control. I am on my third pack now. Last month i had sex and had a scare so two days later took a pregnanch test which was negative and right after took plan b. I still continued to take my birth control which at the time i was on the green pills but i started my period a week later which was pretty much on time. I had a longer period than normal about 6 days and i started my next pack of birth control while on my period cause the other one had finished.
Avatar f tn My plan is to carry on my meds in the prescription bottles in a six pack cooler. I place my pro click in a toothbrush holder with smaller ice packs in a cosmetic bag. Then place that bag in the cooler bag with the larger ice pack that comes with monthly shipping. I estimate that I have to keep this cold for a minimum of 12 hours. Preflight 2 hrs, 6 hrs flight, and 2 hrs post flight with a 2 hr cushion. Any ideas? I also have to carry snacks. Do you think this will hold?
