starting with my usual six or seven cigarettes I smoke before I leave for work, then another four or five smoking in my car on the way to work, then taking several smoke breaks while at work in the morning with an average of two to three each break often finishing my first pack of the day just before lunch, then lunch break at a restrauant with an outdoor smoking patio where I usually smoke another six or seven cigarettes out of the second pack, then several more smoke breaks throughout the aft

I have 3 dogs 1 male fox terrier desexed, 1 jack russell male desexed called Lucky, and another jack russell male called Benny who is not desexed . The jack russell who isnt desexed is 3 years old while my other jack russell is only 12 months who just had his operation for desexing. Benny was frisky before we got Lucky fixed but stopped for 3 months after Luckys op but now I found Benny on top of Lucky today.

I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

That sounded like my Jack the morning he died, but thankfully in your case it sounds like your dog got a hold of something that made him sick. Jack was sick on and off most the time cause of liver problems. Most the time they put these pups down when discovered, but I saved Jack and he lived 5 years, which is not bad for what was wrong with him. He took meds, but one day it was just too much for him to handle. I do miss him. I'm happy things turned our so much better for you.

I think it would be wise to buy one of those small cooler bags. Then you'll be sure.

For me, hard work hard physical labor such as yard work, lifting, perhaps building a wall with stone ... this was the type of work that got me a six pack, but at the same time I was losing weight for a health problem (Celiac) so my body fat got low.

I think using the cry it out method for naps is good too. I did the same thing for Jack and I rarely have any issues with his naps or bedtime. Since Madasyn sleeps in diferent locations throughout the week maybe you should travel with some comfort items. For Jack he has a couple of blankets and 3 soft animals in his crib. I want him to be able to snuggle with things but not treat his crib as a play area. When we travel to other locations (ie grandparents) we bring all his comfort items.

Yesterday, I was holding him in the kitchen while I warmed his bottle, and Jack pulled open a cabinet! Then, he was in his bouncer and pulled magazines off the coffee table!!! He had sort of a mobile above his pack n' play and he pulled that on top of himself twice, so that's off the pack n' play now. And he used to LOVE wiggling around on his Skip Hop space mat, but now he can actually reach all the hanging/dangling toys and pulls them on top of himself!

Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment? I'm sorry to say that it can mean the virus is back. Of course it can mean other things too. Are you taking any meds known to cause elevated enzymes or have you had any alcohol? How is your gallbladder? I hope it is something easy to fix.

Probably the very reason it is happening is because the leader of the pack is missing. The pack leader is in charge of who gets to display aggression. The others have to have the pack leader's permission before they can act out. Now their old leader is gone, so they are jockeying for position and contesting with each other to see who is going to be the new pack leader.

Love the picture. :) I am glad to hear good reviews on the activity table. Jack and I are going to travel to my parents place in a couple of weeks for a late Christmas with my grandparents. I think my parents are goign to get him this table. I have a feeling he will love it too. I am not sure how much he will really play with it right now...he just loves to stand and bite whatever is in front of him. Our coffee table looks like we have a pack of beavers in the house. glad it is a cheap table.

Jack, have you seen an ENT doc? You could have something like nasal polyps or other inflammatory disease that might be very treatable otherwise. I assume you were referring to oral steroids. Have you had any success with nasal steroids?

Unfortunately Jack didn't survive his troubles. I hope his loss will not be in vain and will help us in providing more safe methods of travel for our pets. I was devastated to learn of his passing.
