six pack in how long

I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

I imagine it wouldnt be too long living in that 50s or 60s Mad Men like world, smoking five or six cigarettes an hour, and instead of just smoking three or maybe four packs a day, Id probably routinely smoke at least four or five packs a day. Five packs a day, I cant even imagine it now, but I've heard stories of people who really did used to smoke that much.

Keep in mind, even if your baby can't fit them (or grows out of them), you can take the unopened packages/boxes back and exchange them for bigger sizes.

My first pack is finished but i am late for the second one ( i missed 1 week and half since the first 28 pills are done). I am gonna start the second now. How long should i wait before starting to have sexual intercourse?
