six pack hood scoop

I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

I have had on and off vaginal itching for about 2 months now, either on my labia or at my entrance, last month assuming it was a yeast infection I bought a 3 day Canesten pack and it cleared up but just the other day almost a month apart the itching kind of came back its just once in a while and not that bad, I'm having a white or yellowish sticky thick discharge that I can like scoop out it sticks to my walls. heres the scoop.. The so called self cleaning litter boxes are expensive and IMO worthless. You still have to clean the area that the poop and clumps are raked to daily or the mechanisms jam up. I find it easier to just use a regular box and scoop them with a sifting scoop. I do have hooded boxes, and I can't really say they cut down on the smell, but they do help minimize the amount of litter that my cats throw out of the box.

haha thanks, but no she is not long hair. I understand what you are saying though. Sometimes, if I had just cleaned the box and she uses it but doesn't cover, it stinks up the whole house so I just use the scooper and cover it myself and that helps alot. I always hope she'll catch on but I guess you can't teach and old cat new tricks either.
