Diet is a major factor!! Avoid deep fried
foods, processed
foods, refined
foods and
foods high in saturated fats. Eat foods that are nutrient-dense, high in fiber and low in fat, eat lean meats, low fat dairy, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and legumes.
No liquid calories. If you want to get a six pack in a month, then no useless calories in the form of alcohol and at your age I'm sure you aren't drinking alcohol!
