My daughter was diagnosed with dysthymic disorder (depression) with underlying adhd behaviors. I am NOT in favor of medicating a 6 yo and have heard great things about the feingold diet and other elimination diets to pinpoint foods/additives/artificial colorings/flavorings that can trigger allergies and cause unfavorable behaviors.

Strength train consistently and follow a hypertrophy, or muscle building, program. That's a high frequency of training sessions, with each session being of high volume. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

I work out a lot, but my body just will never have the Hollywood abs mythos and I am fine with that. You are right. Its not normal.

I have tried numerous diets over the years but have not had the results I've gotten with MediZone. I'm loosing the weight without feeling deprived or hungry all the time.

But focus on your diet to get rid of stubborn belly fat. Cardio will also help shed the excess fat. Try walking on an incline for 20 mins, then build to jogging intervals for 20.

It went away; however, the problem has resurfaced. My doctor has recommended I start a six food elimination diet. My question is: is there anybody doing this diet and how are you avoiding these foods? They seem to be in everything at the store. MY SFED consists of egg, milk, seafood/shellfish, tree nuts/peanuts, soy, and wheat.

I lost 28 lbs on the Atkins diet but I have regained 15 because I didn't follow the program right, then quit it all together and started eating anything I want. Avatar f tn Oh, please, guys, you both know that not everyone or very many people will ever have six pack abs. Why would we want them anyway unless you watch too many TV commercials? You're both just selling something you want to be true because you both do it, but I'll bet a lot (if I had a lot) that Gymdandee for sure doesn't have six pack abs.

Avatar f tn I have bouts of constipation but with my new diet program, this has been helped greatly. I had my heart checked because of the swelling with no results. This was years ago and had a cardiac cath but no heart problems except for Mitral Valve Prolapse. I am fairly sedentary as my back prevents me from doing many exercises. I am going to start using a recumbant bike which I just received as well as using the Wii Exercise program for minimal impact. My abdomen is where I carry most of my weight.

Avatar m tn t dare even admit to my husband at this point that I have an issue, after more than ten years in the program he is horridly judgmental about people who fall off the wagon, about other peoples sobriety and he is a dreadful dry drunk at least at home.
