Try to increase fluid intake by about 16oz/day for the next couple of months. Also remember to really
pack your diet with yummy whole foods, grains, beans, olive oil, and foods high in healthy fats such avacados, walnuts, and sweet potatoes. Most important of all, you must,must, must try as hard as you can to get 8 hrs of sleep at night. This is your body's time to renew and replenish. I can't stress how crucial this is. Be good to yourself.
