Avatar f tn Can you describe the headache? Are there eye symptoms present? It may help to have a headache journal where you can log the time and activities you were doing before the headache happens. This will help with finding the triggers that may be causing your headache. There is one type of headache which is due to tension or stress. It usually presents with constant pressure with mild to moderate pain. You can read more about this through this link: http://en.wikipedia.
Avatar f tn I'm 25 weeks and for the past two days I've had this sinus headache. I don't want to do anything. It makes me want to just sleep but when I wake up it still hurts. Should I just take some tylenol or let it just go away naturally?
Avatar n tn Not any better - now slight cough, headache, congestion, dizzy and flushed and at night wake up all sweaty.
Avatar f tn Could this indeed be a sinus infection caused by the abcess? Could I have ruptured a sinus during that coughing spell? Could the sinus infection b taking this long to clear up? The headaches are all on my left side. There's sensitivity on the inside of my nose (on that side) and up into my left temple. The pain intensifies upon movement, coughing, sneezing, and bending over. I feel like I have fluid on my ear still as well.
Avatar f tn I have had a severe sinus infection for about 5 days, with the nausea, disorientation, fever, night sweats, headache..... but yesterday when I woke up, I had a rash across my upper arm, shoulder, upper back, quadriceps and thighs. It looks like a heat rash, but is persisting... Although I'm feeling a bit better, and my sinuses are almost cleared, I've developed a pain in my upper right teeth today as well... Is the rash possibly related to the sinus problem?

Avatar n tn who said this was a sinus infection. I searched online and did not find anything suggesting a sinus infection can be caused by a tooth extraction. I read Sinus Infection on Mayo Clinic 's website and it describe more serious immune system problems can cause it , now i am really freaking out. It has been about 7 days now , anyone got any opinions or advise ? I never had this before and if anyone has any opinions , please help.
Avatar f tn It could be a sinus infection, migraine, or even TMJ. My guess would be a sinus infection. TMJ might be the easiest to experiment with first under your conditions, and it wouldn't hurt anything. See if a chiro can adjust your jaw. I was amazed at how quickly my headache, neck and shoulder pain went away after one adjustment - less than 10 minutes. I am very serious. I only recommend chiros for musculo-skeletal isssues.
3072999 tn?1356414732 With Fall finally starting to show it face around here (for us that means we have ditched triple digits and r celebrating being in the low 90s) and me catching my yearly case of 'Fall Cleaning' (see im so messed up I do Fall cleaning instead of Spring cleaning) kicking in I decided to tackle some of my garage today. Well all the dust and dirt (oh the joys of living in the desert!) have made for a knarly sinus headache!!!
Avatar f tn for the past week &1/2 i have had a sinus infection along with a cold. now the sinus infection was cleared up for about 2 days. well now i have lots of clear runny nose. and i have a headache, low fever, coughing uncontrolably all that will come out is clear liquid. earlier this morning i had some blood when i coughed. last night as i was trying to sleep, i would feel so cold to the point where i was shivering and then a few minutes later i would be sweating and so hott.
Avatar n tn Hello. I agree with the others that it could be a pressure headache, but it could also be related to stress, sinus, or eye strain. If the symptoms don't resolve after seeing your GP if treatment is given, I'd recommend seeing your eye doctor. I Hope This Helps!
Avatar m tn You couls have an infection in the head,i had never heard of it til last month when my friend had it she was laid up for 3 days
Avatar m tn Over-use of computers can cause headaches because of poor posture (tension headaches) or because of looking at the computer screen for too long (eye-strain headaches or migraine headaches). Also, changes in sleep schedule can trigger migraine headaches. I would really go to the doctor because if it is a migraine headache, you will need a prescription medication and only doctors can prescribe prescription medication... you cannot buy it without a doctor's prescription.
Avatar n tn I've had a headache every day for 8 days. They are mild headaches, but painful enough that I'm unable to do much unless I force myself while I'm at work-- which makes the headache worse. These headaches are not sensitive to light, are not throbbing, or stabbing. They are more full/pressure. The headaches are on the front right/middle side of my head. I've tried alieve, mortin, tylonol, asprin, and migraine meds... nothing helps.
Avatar f tn nausea and back pain are not common symptoms of sinus problems, a headache can be, but with these other symptoms, its unlikely. you do need to see a dr and have multiple testing done, focusing on the abdominal region. theres a lot of stuff in there, leaving you many possibilities. kidney stones, infection, bowel problems, ulcers, gallbladder, etc, etc, etc. also, a kidney infection doesnt usually show up when checking for bladder infection, but it can work down to the bladder.
Avatar f tn I had a sinus infection in Nov of 2007, and I have had a headache ever since. It has been a constant thing that is beginning to drive me insane. I have recently had a CAT scan that came back normal in an emergency room. Sometimes it is so intense I have to go to bed and take vicodin (2) so the pain will subside. It is usually pounding when I need to take the vicodin. My head feels like there is a ball rolling around on the inside and when it hits the walls of my skull it hurts really bad.
