looked strong, but physiologically, I
had poor circulation. Now to my exercise
tend to hot the gym 3-5 a week, first, start with 30 mins on treadmill, run 15 and trot/walk for 15, burning total of 100-150 calories. Next, Elliptical machine( this works your whole body to increase circulation...very critical equipment) for 20 mins burning 100-150 calories. Next, Leg pull/extension...do a couple. Next, Abs machine, this, I do between 50-100 reclines or bends.
