sharp pain in vagina

i felt a kick or something high up by my ribs and at the same time I felt a sharp pain in my vagina really close to the outside, I've also been getting these gas like feelings in my lower abdomen anyone get these sharp pains?

I started having a sharp pain in my vagina this morning. It's mostly when walking/standing. I tried to look it up on the Internet and found it could mean I'm effacing/dilating. Has this happened to anyone? Did you dilate?

m 38 weeks pregnant and i had a doctors check up today and no contractions and im not dilated at all, but i started having some sharp shooting pain in my vagina and pelvic pressure, i feel like his hand or foot is going to pop out of my vagina , is this normal? Anyone else?

I'm 37weeks+3, and I've been having this sharp pain in my vagina. mostly when I walk, but sometimes while sitting or laying down. whenever my son moves, I feel it down there too... what could this be? has anybody experienced this before? I'm a first time mom.

I have serious sharp pains in my vagina, it feels like a sharp knife.. and very bad pelvic and lower back pain that does not get any better if I lay down sit stand or walk, it's been going on since 3pm.. I really don't know what to expect with this being my second pregnancy since my water broke with my first and I got my contractions started with pitocin. Any one else going through this?

I've been having sharp knife like vaginal pains since about 2001. I have been to every kind of doctor. I've had steroid shots in that area of the vagina (only on the left side). That didn't help. The pains are only on the left side of the vagina. Not in the rectum..They're pretty consistent throuh-out the day, every day. After I urinate, they seem to intensify, however, urinating doesn't always bring them on.

I ma 30+3 and also got sharp pains in my vagina whether I'm doing something or just laying in bed. I hear it's normal and you are just getting ready for birth! My hips also started moving this past wk and I'm absolutely waddling! Almost there though!
