The Vitamins made me very jittery and anxious and I even stopped the L-tyrosine and just took One vitamin b suppliment
and the same result. So I stopped the vitamins for now
and no jitters or anxiety. I still have

e at my home which is supposed to be a mood booster. What exactly IS this stuff? And what is L-THEANINE, I heard it works wonders. I DO have energy and motivation, But its not where I want it to be. Or should I just chill out and not take anything??? Is it even worth it to do it?
