9602111 tn?1443721049 I will say that when I was pregnant, I had issues with things like gagging when I brushed my teeth especially at the end of my pregnancy. I gagged so easily! I had tried to get my teeth cleaned on the regular schedule I did okay at the first one early in my pregnancy but the second one toward the end was a disaster. I gagged the whole way and they didn't clean them. They told me that the rinses that they make are really great to use if brushing causes a woman who is pregnant any issues.
Avatar n tn Hi, I had my tooth extracted in october 2008 and another teeth filled up for cavity.. After that I started to have sensitive tooth and that sensitiveness spreads to the body. When I feel that tooth sensitivity my whole body also feels sensitive and it takes a few minutes for my body to get adjusted to that sensitivity.. sometimes when i think about the feeling i feel sensivite. Now it is becoming a everyday problem. But no pain in the teeth.. will this sensitiveness go away..
Avatar f tn i brush my teeth everyday and they are still sensitive. they hurt and they never use to hurt before i got pregnant. even when i eat candy i have to stop because my teeth will hurt. but I'm munching away on this ice and I'm just scared my teeth will fall out. and my insurance only covers teeth cleaning lol.
Avatar f tn Try using sensitive toothpaste it is very normal to have sensitive teeth during pregnancy just make sure your taking really good care of your teeth while your pregnant because your baby is taking a lot of the calcium to help with that, so try the sensitive toothpaste if that doesn't seem to help contact your dentist they may have something stronger to help :)
Avatar n tn That definitely isn't fun. When my teeth get sensitive I use act restoring mouthwash. In a day, maybe up to 3, the sensitivity is completely gone for me. I use it early on when I feel any sensitivity. If you're having citrus, acidic foods, drinks, etc also wait about 30 mins to an hour before brushing so your enamel has some time to harden again, otherwise your brushing away your enamel too.
Avatar n tn But for the past year or so I have been feeling something like morning sickness whenever I brush my teeth or even when I am not brushing my teeth. It seems to have got more and It happens almost daily now. I know I am not pregnant since I still have normal period. I would feel like throwing up but most of the time did not really have anything really come out since it usually happen before I eat.
