In my first e-mail, I listed that I had no flakes. So I'm wondering how can it be seborrheic dermatitis?

A differential for this is an allergic reaction to an unknown trigger ( unless you may be able to provide some triggers) as well as seborrheic dermatitis. Other differentials for a rash will be psoriasis , a fungal infection or a viral infection. You have noted of dry skin along the hairline. With regards to the rash, would you be able to identify any scales in the area also? Psoriatic rash may involve the scalp and they may present with some patches of scales.
s a red dot underneath, and if I use a drying soap, it looks like a crater later. I also get scabs and sore spots on my scalp, which a dermatologist told me was seborrheic dermatitis. Is this the same thing? Would it have spread to my face for some reason?

For the last four years I feel itching, scaling and flakes on my scalp. Now only i came to know that this is Seborrheic Dermatitis. Because of this I lost almost 40% of my hairs. I learnt that this is a temporary hair loss.
I tried many shampoo's like selsun,scalpe etc. And also i have been intaking Glacex(B-complex vit) tablets long time. Still My problem is not resolved.
Last four year i consulted many doctors (Skin specialists).

Is this the symptom of seborrheic dermatitis? is seborrheic can cause hair lost? i can see my the hair regrowth so far, but they are very thin.
One did a biopsy on my scalp and the results came in as Seborrheic Dermatitis like condition. Another one told me it was Folliculitis. Another one said it was a combinations of both. They have taken a culture as well. Results are not out yet from the culture.
Here are the details. How do I diagnose this condition? It has been four years and I still don't have a solution to this condition.

From the symptoms it looks like seborrheic dermatitis. It is an inflammatory reaction related to the proliferation of normal skin habitant Malassezia. From the symptoms it does not look like any fungal infection which presents as itchy patches with hair loss. However to confirm the diagnosis I suggest you to get a biopsy of the scalp skin done.
I was diagnosed by my dermatologist as having Seborrheic Dermatitis however all medications that I have tried have not been working so my doctor has precribed quite a strong medication called Azapress (a generic medication for Imuran). Thus, my questions are as follows:
1. Will this disease ever go away?
2. What is the success rate for this medication to deal with Seborrheic Dermatitis and what are other options?
