Common Questions and Answers about Science diet xd

Avatar m tn I also have food intolerances as I can't eat dairy or wheat and think this could have also been what started it. Although I have changed my diet it still hasn't got rid of the gas. I find it usually happens in places where there are lots of people or when I'm stressed or worried about something. An I find if someone is near me it's like I'm really aware and that causes me to get really anxious.
Avatar n tn Big thanks to the Dentist and MD for providing their insights, as well as Amorette89 for the seemingly plausible and science-based explanations. I have found this issue to be so painful that I now avoid drinking wine and bees, which is a bummer. What makes my situation slightly different from other posts on here (and why I wanted to contribute) is that I did not have this problem until several months after having my tonsils removed when I was 20 (and yes, I drank plenty before that age.
Avatar n tn I have been on Effexor X 12 months. gained 12 pounds without change in diet or exercise. I work out 4-5 days a week without fail. I eat low GI index foods, and never "pig out". Most of the weight is around my middle and butt. Very depressing.
Avatar m tn I definitely think the Restless Leg Syndrome is the common denominator... so what causes that? Some causes are dehydration, improper diet (not enough fruits & veggies), inactivity, & poor circulation. Maybe if the RLS goes away my boyfriend's Pointy Restless Eye Syndrome (PRES) will go away. He's had it ever since he can remember having it as a child. He believes he was not properly hydrated as a child and through adultood.
Avatar n tn they are in SO many things these days from diet sodas, diet bars, sugarless everything, and especially toothpastes! the toothpaste companies load it in there to flavor the toothpaste, especially crest. crest is a horrible toothpaste to use. i recommend switching to toms natural toothpaste, or even anything other than crest, but beware of the aspartame they put in labels and look up ingredient lists.
439903 tn?1380141482 But if it will make you feel better, see if PepsiCo makes a decaf Cherry Pepsi. My DH loves diet decaf Mtn Dew, but the only place we can find it is in his hometown which is 3 hours away. We stock up every time we go. If Pepsi doesn't make it, you can try to find some cherry syrup to add to decaf regular Pepsi. If all else fails, try a little unsweetened cherry Kool-Aid in your decaf Pepsi.
Avatar f tn Just think, if this is happening to you look at your diet. What do they put in the foods you eat? If your diet hasn't changed it could be a build-up of product. I think there's no definate cause because every person's cause is different. I wish you the best!
Avatar f tn Hi guys! I've been having the same oily crown problem too for about 2 weeks. It is so weir and SOOOO frusterating! I tried dish soap, it didn't work. Mine seems to already be oily withing minutes of my showers. I can't believe that this hasn't been diagnosed yet. I recently changed my birth control pill (2 months ago) to Microgestin. I am also taking an anti-fungal oral pill (for about 2 months as well) because my toenail fell off and I didn't want to get a fungus.
Avatar n tn I was eatting sooo much sugar daily, that my blood was so hyperglycemic, that when I didn't eat and pump my blood with sugar, my blood sugar would instantly plumit (hypoglycemia) and I would pass out! I tried cutting out my sugars at that time. I switched to diet pop, bought sugarfree candy, but still wasn't as strict as I needed to be! Then i got pregnant for my 3rd child, and developed gestational diabetes. I never had that before! But this time I did.
Avatar n tn I'm in a similar situation to many of those who've posted here and wish I could tell you that everything related to the lumbar region of the lower back is solvable. After countless opinions, tests and procedures over the last 20 of my 43 years, I can only say that one thing is true - the lower back is still a mystery to even the most trained experts.
Avatar m tn no one mentioned "Restless leg syndrome" yet - one of the symptoms is a strong feeling of a bug crawling underneath the skin - here is more research into the causes: http://www.mayoclinic.
Avatar n tn Now, in all fairness, I've also changed my diet up recently, but I think I was seeing these problems start before that. I cut most all sugars and a lot of fat from my diet to keep from gaining weight as I age, and I think that has actually hurt me some to, even though it is a healthier diet. I think my body is reluctant to steal energy from fat cells or something when it coems to sex. In any case, holding back on porn/masturbation seems to help.
