Any other shift workers that are having trouble sleeping? I need to be able to sleep for my safety and others. I've tried to take warming baths with lavender and non-stimulating activities. I can't drink warm milk and I don't drink caffeine at all. I try not to drink an hour before bed if possible.
I am desperate for any thing that has helped others get better quality sleep! I need more than 3-4 hours of sleep in 48 hours!

(CNN) -- In an attempt to reduce open street prostitution and to improve security for sex workers, Switzerland's largest city, Zurich, is opening "sex drive-ins" Monday.
Just be honest with them. The sooner you tell them the better, they will appreciate it as then they can sort something out while you are unable to carry out said jobs.
My assumption was that, as a gay man, you are planning on same sex commercial partners, correct? The comments we have made on the forum about the often low STD risk in escorts have been made exclusively in connection with expensive female sex workers, by appointment. However, I would not make the same assumption for male sex workers. I'm sure some are safe and unlikely to have STDs.
My doctor had sent me to labcorp (Michigan, United States) to have some blood drawn. I arrived in the middle of the day so there were definitely patients processed before me... for some reason I felt a little bit uncomfortable about the whole ordeal. Can someone comment on these observations? :
