HI I was on 150mg for about 6 12yrs been clean from methadone now for several yrs the trick to not feeling the full brunt of it is pump yourself full of of vitamins and go slow if your going to be running a bisness your going to have to......now for the vitamins go up to walmart and pick up a 3 in 1 vitamin...calicum magnesum zinc ...

yes the size is a great bonus but there are other considerations for safety with SUVs....honestly, we got a minivan. which is so funny because I never had one growing up and I spent my childhood making fun of them. But I would recommend something like a Toyota Camry or Avalon...or a Honda Accord.

Donna, A friend of mine was dx with OVCA 3c. She decided to take maintenance. One year of monthly taxol. She has now survived, completely cancer free, for 8 years. Maybe the maintenance is a good idea! There's another drug for estrogen-dependent cancers: Aromasin. I'm on it, having had three different cancers, all estrogen receptive. The side effects are the pits, but I take meds and acupuncture, ultrasound, etc for them. Aromasin is the latest in the Tamoxifen/Arimidex family.

Hi Guys. Haven't been on for awhile. Too much tradgedy going on in the family. Miss you guys. Doing well on the Sub maintenance. Steady. Wanted to start my taper last month but too much going on to even think about it. I have found and told my doctor that Sub is the best antidepressant I have ever been on. I have been on a few, but since I have been on the Subs and considering all that I have been thru the past few months, Sub has been a wonderful antidepressant for me.

Take the dose you plan on using as your maintenance dose for six months. Then, get tested again. If it goes down significantly, it's not enough. If it stays close to the same, it is the right amount. If it goes up too high (most of us won't have that issue, but it does happen), then you're in a different category all together and will have to stop for a while, then get tested again until the levels normalize again.
