Avatar m tn I see you are asking about this at home. I've read that it is done in a doctor's office and costs about 500 dollars for 6 treatments.
Avatar n tn It is very serious though to run away from school as this puts his safety at risk. I would in the mean time, discipline him at home in ways you feel are appropriate based on his behavior at school. Don't feel that you can't do this just because the behavior happens outside of the home. Also, try talking to the teacher and offer what you do at home-this could help at school.

Avatar f tn I really wish they had an at home, hand held machine where you could do your own ultrasounds. Ya know just so you could see your baby anytime you wanted too etc!
675347 tn?1365460645 With Christmas nearly here it's a good thing to think ahead, and think "Dog". Dogs are great scroungers, thieves, counter-surfers, etc, So be one step ahead of them! DON'T let them eat what they like. Some Christmas treats are very dangerously toxic for dogs, such as: *Christmas cake. *Mince pies, *Turkey skin. *Chocolate treats. *Onions -or anything which has been cooked with onions, including stuffing. *Alcohol, or anything containing alcohol. *Turkey or chicken bones.

Avatar f tn Hi, I'm 7Weeks along, and I'm a registered nurse in home care. A client I see often has 6 dogs, all of different breeds a cat, and a bunch of birds. The house is unclean. There is often dog feces and urine on the floor and the birds are allowed to fly around and poop where they please. My concern is that being in this house may be unsafe for me and my child. Any thoughts?
Avatar n tn Hello i was looking up videos online about home births because thats what ive always wanted to do and then i came across these ladys that have unassisted births at home with no midwife or medical help. It looks like an incredible experience. Was anyome else thinking of taking this route? And if so how do you begin to prepare for this?
Avatar f tn NS said he didn't find anything unexpected, and I don't think he was looking for anything in particular. He was also surprised at how quickly I noticed improvement in my breathing. I tire easily and my head/neck hurt constantly, but it's great to be at home! At least at home I can manage my own pain meds -- I didn't have a pump, so had to beg for meds all the time when pain got bad...then had to WAIT for pharmacy to send up my flexeril. So lame!
1932244 tn?1323292210 I'm a little confused by your question but doctors usually recommend at least a 3 -6 month interval before getting pregnant after a miscarriage.
Avatar f tn I would recommend you waiting till your in your second trimester to start exercising cause the baby's so small and fragile any wrong move could cause your body to try to expel the baby but it is safe as long as your body is excepting it & your comfortable don't push yourself to hard or lift to heavy I'm 25 weeks & still work out like a champ every other day
Avatar n tn I am 17+ weeks pregnant with #2. I decided this time I would absolutely not repeat my first birth experience- hospital with epidural and completely unhappy with the experience. I have a midwife (who works with an ob) and am planning a home birth. I have been very firm in my decision & truly desire a home birth. I am thus far a perfect canidate and there are zero medical reasons that would make this an unwuse decisikn. My spouse & parents are tenatively supportive.
Avatar m tn my wife has been on the methodone program for six months @ 120mg/day. yesterday the clinic terminated her for an altercation she had with another client. is it legal and safe for them to stop her cold turkey like this. we have 2 young children at home and she doesn't want to be sick around them. thank you for your time on this matter.
Avatar f tn Doggie is always safe, I'm not sure about the jumping jack though.
Avatar n tn Yes its okay . Its recommended during second trimest or late first trimester to sleep on your left sode because of more blood flow to baby . You can sleep on right side as well . You can try doing it now though to get used to it . Later on in pregnancy if you wake up on your back just roll over baby is ok . He or she will most likely make you uncomfortable before anything bad happens your body will signal a response to you most likely .
Avatar n tn This is a legitimate question for your cardiologist, who knows about your condition and level of fitness and can weigh the risks.
Avatar f tn saying that I need to be careful because in can easily mis carry at this stage.what do they mean by be careful.like should I watch how I eat or exercise?
Avatar f tn As much as I wish I could give you the answer you're seeking, you really need to address this with your doctor, especially in light of the MS. We are not doctors on this side of the forum and you need real medical advice as opposed to mere "opinions," which is all we can offer you here. I do know there are far more natural ways to get serotonin and that is something you can discuss with your docs.
Avatar f tn You can have your baby wherever Way you please but for you and your baby but for you to try to discourage me from having my baby at home because you're uncomfortable With it is ridiculous. I get your opinion but for you to keep stating the same thing over and over and over again is driving me crazy. You have no fact to back it up. people all over the world have home births and are perfectly fine. in fact if there was never home birth none of us would be here today.
Avatar f tn There is no test that would contain the virus; therefore there is no risk at all whatsoever for your or your child. There is no need for you to have any tests.
