There are very few medicines that are considered 100% safe during pregnancy. I would really feel comfortable with anything that my OB prescribed for me, however. Who told you to stop and why? Do you still need it for morning sickness? It's used for the prophylaxis and treatment of nausea during pregnancy. i wouldn't worry about taking it.
I don't know anything about those medications but if she knows you are pregnant, then she would know prescribing certain medicines to you are safe (i.e - she knows what is safe and what isn't safe to take in pregnancy) and so she wouldn't have prescribed you something to take unless it was safe for you and baby.

Its just the start of a urinary tract infection so whatever antibiotics your doctor prescribed shouldn't be an issue since women during pregnancy are more susceptible to UTI's. I know there are some meds you shouldn't take for UTI's while pregnant but I doubt your doctor would prescribe that.
