i am 23 years.I am from Vietnam. At present, i am very bad. I am disappointed with myself. In 2 years ago, i try more and more to learn English, however, my level don't have more progress. Maybe, i don't have ability. My friends have plentys of achievements in their life. In contrast, i don't have anything, no love, no direction,... I am a loser. I worry about my future, my family. I feel terrible when my parents worry about me but i can't change. what i must do????????

The Brits have always used the olde English ones but it seems to be the Big ones now and in every sentence here. Both genders and in front of children, and hey guys I dont mix,much, with the riff raff this is educated persons.

I cannot stand reading some people's posts on here. I get that you misspell words sometimes but I hate all the talk that almost makes it impossible to read. Like the word "dis" .. Why can't you just spell out "this" you only have one more letter to add and it's correct. Or shortening up almost every stinking word and even leaving out some and especially using all these double negatives. Example: "that won't do you no good drinking them cups of coffee.

If he is smart he will listen to your words do whatever he needs to keep you in his life and treat you the way you deserve.

Like instead of knowing twenty words in english only, they know only 5 words in english and 5 in spanish. I have no idea what others experience with it is like, this is just how both of these babies are and they are not associated with one another.

It sounds like the learning of a new language is crossing over to what you know. The English language has many words or phrases that can not be translated. So in learning a new a language these words have to be described out. Such as "bury" in English being "put him down" in Spanish. So when you go back to English one can tend to explain things out instead of just using the simple English term they knew. I have several friends who do this with Italian.

I have a student. he is 4 years old. since he was born her mother let him watch some cartoons that name words in English or some channels like baby TV ( his1st language is not English, it's farsi). when he started talking he started saying the English words so his parents were so excited and they started talking English with him but unfortunatly their English were not good and they just talked like this:( what's this? this is... . what's that? that's ...).

Take one day at a time. Remember to breath. It will come before you know it. You will have bad days than all of a sudden you will see your little one on ultrasound or feel them move and remind you why you are going through it. Hang in there mama. As far as the ex, you don't need him. I was a single mom for 11 years and think my son is much better off and a better person without his dad. I just got married but took a lot to find a great one. You will find someone better but might take awhile.

m very sorry to hear about your problems. You sound depressed and sad. Did all of this start after a sad or sudden event, perhaps with a girl? You say that your symptoms are worse when you think about her. Is this someone you miss or did something happen to her? Your work ups seem fine from what you posted so far other than perhaps you are suffering from some anxiety over this. Are you home now? Are you seeing a cardiologist now?

Has anyone ever become so consumed with words and the letters in words that make that sound? Sometimes I can sit for a long time contemplating the strange-ness of the word "strange" or "commendation". I can wake up first thing in the morning with random words in my head....and they stay there all day. Repetitive. And a lot of times I start rhyming those words. Or better yet, when I am in a conversation, I will rhyme words the other person says in my head.

I speak Arabic to Medina, my husband speaks German and we speak mainly German to one another in front of Medina, but other than that English. I sing her almost everything in English, don't know in any other language LOL. We were told by our paediatrician that each parent should only speak one language with the child and when we speak only English with each other, then Medina will pick up on three languages.

I wanted to check in and give an update. It is very sad news. We lost our little Sarah. I noticed last week that the baby was not moving as much. I was busy getting ready for my son's visit so thought that I might just be too busy to notice. I was also sleeping better so did not wake till later. The baby was most active between 3 am and 5 am. On Thanksgiving my husband and I debated calling the hospital about it. I didn't do it.

I meant 41 year old woman. The words were not in order. I am not knocking her age at all. I'll soon be in my 40's. It just the situation . . .I found it hurtful in here. I have grown accustomed to being able to relate to everyone in here. Like a support group of some sort.

Hi, yeah, I am Croatian, lived in Italy also and now having a baby in France... (so Croatian, French, English, Italian) We will speak Croatian at home, he will certainly speak French, too...English will be there all the time as I use it a lot. I am only a bit sad cos I won't be able to teach him Italian. I am just afraid it's gonna be too much. If I were in Croatia I would definitely speak Italian at home, but in these circumstances I would be glad for him to be at least bilingual.

I always try to wait untill the day of my missed period to take a test. But I am about 3 or 4 days to go and I just couldn't wait anymore. I got a BFN. It felt like someone kicked me in the chest. Why does it hurt worse than the last time everytime.

I had a m/c today it all just came out on it's own. it was really sad i actually picked up the yolk sac and i seen the baby it looked like a white gummy bear just a lil smaller = ( this is the third time i hope it doesn't happen again!

He is really cute but having a hard time with sentences and I think woth both languages around it takes longer for them to talk but worth it in the long run. He will learn english in school within a few weeks so I want him to speak spanish now.

but what u are complaining about is a reault of texting where people have had to learn to shorten words to accomodate more characters in a text or twitter ... u will have to adjust coz most people do type like thatand I believe if we arw civil and helpful.i am sure u can. Overlook that my love.... somehow I will put 99% blame on.
