I have buldging disc at L4-5 and L3-4 and I have alot of pain in my hip and leg, I have problems at night sleeping because there is no way yo get comfortable. You need to have an MRI to rule out what is going on. I had an epidural and it helped. Good Luck and I hop you feel better.

Hi- I had my first resurfacing in Jan 2002 at age 39 / second in Dec 2006. I was almost unable to walk before the first surgery. It is a wonderful procedure and, touch wood, I've been able to lead as active a life as before. I workout 4-5 times a week, cycle & ski. The only thing I don't do is run or high impact aerobics. Yes --- after I had my LP and blood patch, my right hip began to tighten. I have been having period issues on my right side since and now my left hop is "aching." I went to see a massage therapist (doctor prescibed) and she indicated the muscles in my right hip are so tight it's tilting my hip forward and causing the pain in my lower right back/hip. She's working on stretching them.

Anyone else have their first stretch marks pop up :/ I didn't think it would bother me because I have stretch marks on my breasts and inner thighs.
