Anyone else have songs that they like and that helped them through hard times? I also love almost lover by a fine frenzy because pills were my lover for quite a while. These are not new songs but they are two of my fav that help me through these hard times. Would love to here some of yours.

I am trying to put together a little book of positive notes for my sad days. Do any of you have songs that help you get through the tough days or quotes? I just want something I can keep with me whenever things get tough. I really want to go home, or atleast go outside.

If the songs are reminding you of drugs turn the radio off .Dicuss the fact that its giving you cravings with kim .James try to find some kind of hobby or something you can do to get your mind off of the drugs .You are spending alot of the time thinking about your cravings .It is not healthy and it makes it really hard on you .We all choose diffrent things for me when the cravings got really bad I would go walking and I loved going bike riding .

This is my 3rd pregnancy, in each pregnancy I had weird things I would cry about for no reason. With pregnancy #1 I cried every time a fast food place messed up my order, With #2 I cried every time something sad happened on tv or in a movie, and with this pregnancy I cry when I'm craving something and have to wait for it! This morning I woke up wanting lasagna for breakfast (weird I know).
