My fingers would pain and I had trouble pressing keys of the keyboard with left hand. (all this while my right hand was ok). My doctor suggested me to test Vitamin D and found that I had deficiency.
I have been taking medications to improve vitamin D for 3 months but my conditions with fingers hasn't improved. At this point I am almost unable to use my left hand while typing on computer.

Hi. When I touch my face anywhere in the T-zone or above lips/on chin, an hour or so later where I touched it is red then after that begns to flake. "Don't do that" is surely an answer, but at this point my face is getting leathery and needs repair. Any ideas? What is causing this? How to repair the damage? Constantly spilling things, bumping into things, and occasionally slipping/falling, also correcting spelling and typing even though I do know how to spell the word or know where the keys are on the keyboard. I dont understand why Ive been so accident prone! I also get occasional pain in the hands and head aches. I have had my eyes checked, and there is no change to that. I also do not take any medications of any kind other then the occasional advil or tylonol for headaches or whatever.
