The next day, went back to the gym and tried to run but there some noticeable pain so I stopped. Last Friday, I tried
running, felt no pain so I continued on. 3 hours after my run, there was much more pain in my groin this time. I had a similar injury before while doing lunges and had it checked, ultrasounds showed nothing out of the ordinary. Is it possible my groin is just weak and I need to take it easy? It's just the right side by the way.
