They are the ONLY one I have found that have more protein (20 g) than carbohydrate (15 net g), and that don't taste like vitamins to me. They're not everywhere, but Walgreen's and WalMart have them. Cheaper at WalMart. I haven't noticed a problem with whey protein powder. For protein drinks, like Sim Fast Low-Carb - but again, hard to find. Walgreen's and WalMart are the only 2 places.
