Avatar m tn yeah, 3 was hard for me too, and coming off i felt allot of anxiety and NO sleep. To be honest with you the wd i suffered from after sub was a good 20 days or so. Now with that being said, everyday got better and better and sleep finally came and the anxiety lessened and before you know it you feel great, it takes time and as addicts we tend to want immediate results. I did go lower than 1 i went to half and that was under the care of a doctor, i did it in rehab.

Stress can cause white hairy tongue. so i believe that thing to reduce my HIV anxiety. and also hiv cases in japan is relatively low that the chance is non existent. but it doesnt mean i dont need to test. my doctor tested me on gonorrhea and chlamydia and it came negative.

Saline acts a a decongestant, and should help to open up your nose and sinus passageways. I would also find better ways of dealing with your stress. One simple options is to learn deep-breathing exercises. You can get DVDs or videos, or even take yoga or tai chi classes. Regular exercise is also very important.

Avatar m tn Again it is exacerbated by stress or caffeine. For these symptoms, the best treatment is to reduce the caffeine intake and/or reduce the stress. If the twitches are bothersome or disabling, medical treatment may be necessary. This will need to be at the discretion of your physician. I would recommend that you cut back your caffeine (sodas, coffee, tea, power/energy drinks, etc) and get adequate sleep. If possible, you will also need to reduce your stress.
